Our 5 Phases of Studio Design

During the first phase, the team at K-STUDIO will sit down with you to have an open roundtable discussion where we’ll gain a complete understanding of your vision, facility requirements, and core business needs. The discussion will lead to a plan that will include all technology and equipment specifications.  Our team will then provide the project scope and key deliverables to ensure on time – on budget results.
K-STUDIO will procure all equipment specified in Phase 1 and schedule appropriate delivery timelines to your facility. This will simply the process for your team ultimately saving time and resources so you can continue operating your core business while we do the legwork.
Following delivery, the K-STUDIO installation team will install the equipment, including, but not limited to, technology, computers, monitors, lighting, cables, cameras, and software. Through our project management process, your facility will have every tool necessary for immediate use.
Upon completion of the installation, K-STUDIO will perform technical training so your staff is confident in using your new studio with members and students. This will ensure that your golf performance services are the focus, not the technology. Our team will assist you in achieving a seamless and productive program so a return on your investment can be generated right out of the gate. In the event that your team requires follow up technical assistance, our support staff will be available for online remote assistance and troubleshooting.
